Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day operational tasks related to air export documentation
• Check daily flight uplifts and arrange shipment bookings with airlines or agents
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, local service providers, and contractors
• Input shipment details into the system and send pre-alerts to overseas counterparts
• Prepare and issue billing documents
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: GCE N Level or equivalent
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Basic PC literacy and familiar with Microsoft Office tools
