  • Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on freight forwarding (land, air & sea)
  • Drive aggressive new business acquisition while expanding and managing existing key accounts
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline within mid-to-large corporate clients in the logistics sector
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets across both new and existing customers

Anforderungsprofil

  • 3-10 years of proven experience in freight forwarding/logistics sales, with a strong track record of delivering revenue
  • Strong hunter profile with an existing network and ability to win new business within the logistics space
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing a sales team, with the ability to drive performance and accountability
  • Commercially driven, results-oriented, and confident in negotiation, pricing, and closing deals
  • Able to balance new business acquisition and key account growth, with a proactive and hands-on approach
