Our client is a Global Market Making firm that is looking for an On-Desk Support/ Infrastructure Specialist.

What You’ll Do

On‑Desk Support

  • Set up, configure, and maintain Windows desktop environments.
  • Provide hands‑on support for hardware/software, security patches, and system health monitoring.
  • Be the first point of contact for help desk queries, offering solutions and escalating when needed.
  • Support general office facilities and ensure smooth day‑to‑day IT operations.
  • Manage user accounts and continuously improve IT systems in your area of responsibility.

Local Data Center

  • Oversee both local office and Singapore Data Centre operations.
  • Handle deliveries, patch cables, install servers, and manage inventory in line with global standards.

IT Infrastructure

  • Maintain accurate inventory of all hardware and software.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of relevant IT support or infrastructure experience.
  • Strong customer focus with a passion for problem‑solving.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and issues simultaneously.
  • Hands‑on experience with Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office.
  • Calm under pressure, especially during critical situations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear communicator, team player, and fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Previous data center experience is a strong plus.
