As an After-sales Engineer, you'll be the primary technical bridge between customers and internal teams — resolving issues, driving adoption, and feeding real-world insights back into product development.

What you'll do

• Deliver on-site technical guidance, product trials, and training to customers; troubleshoot issues and maintain strong client relationships.
• Partner with sales to identify opportunities; prepare proposals, bids, test reports, and implementation documents.
• Gather and synthesise customer and market requirements to inform product and R&D teams.
• Represent the company at industry events; manage partner technical exchanges and support ticket resolution.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 1+ year in IT or internet companies; after-sales, R&D or ops background preferred
• Familiar with cloud computing, Kubernetes, DevOps, and container platforms
• Strong communication skills — able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
