Responsibilities:

• Someone who had worked at Outsourced Accounting Firm handling multiple clients and NOT one from the Commercial In-house Accounts Department.

• Finalise accounts

• SQL literate, should be able to advise clients on accounts.

• Contact client physically.

• Must be able to lead and supervise and double checking of Junior’s accounting entries.

• Must be adept in accounting deadlines for IRB and SSM.

• Should be able to handle accounts of various industries including construction, housing development, online businesses etc.

• Preferably having tax knowledge.

• Must know how to analyse and interpret accounts (good knowledge on MPERS and exposure preferably MFRS as well).

• Well versed with S/B, LLP, Sole Prop and Partnership accounts.

• Able to manage AR and AP using SQL accounting software.

Requirements:

• Must have at least Accounting Degree or ACCA qualification.

• Minimum 5 years experience in accounts, preferable experience in accounting firms before.

• Must know how the basics of accounting and tax, as well as being able to finalise accounts.

• Multitasking an added advantage, and being able to lead a group of juniors is a must.

• Able to finalize different types of accounts like construction accounts, manufacturing accounts, import and export businesses accounts.

• Experience in foreign currency matters, like LC (Letters of Credit)/TR (Trust Receipts )/BA (Bankers Acceptance) etc.

• Ability to meet deadlines

• Able to answer phone calls and meet up clients physically when required to.

• Have a positive and open personality.
