About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to support engineering solutions across civil infrastructure and ground engineering applications. This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil or Geotechnical Engineering graduate, or an early-career engineer, to build strong technical exposure while working on real-world infrastructure challenges.

You will be involved in technical design support, solution development, stakeholder engagement and knowledge sharing across applications such as slope reinforcement, embankments, soft soil improvement, ground stabilisation and erosion protection.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide technical input and engineering support for civil and geotechnical project applications.
• Carry out design assessments and technical analysis to develop suitable project solutions.
• Support project opportunities by tracking technical requirements, progress and follow-up actions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to consultants, engineers, authorities and other industry stakeholders.
• Develop practical technical content such as application notes, installation guidance, case studies and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Contribute to seminars, conferences or technical publications to strengthen market awareness and professional engagement.
• Work closely with commercial and technical stakeholders to support project proposals and client requirements.
• Participate in product improvement and technical development initiatives where required.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in civil or geotechnical design consultancy will be an advantage.
• Strong interest in geotechnical engineering, infrastructure solutions and technical problem-solving.
• Confident communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with engineers, consultants, customers and relevant authorities.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Collaborative mindset with a positive approach to challenges and continuous learning.
