Job Responsibilities:

For Procurement Protégé:

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations.
• Support purchase order and procurement documentation processes.
• Monitor delivery schedules and supplier performance.
• Maintain procurement records and filing systems.
• Assist in price comparison and vendor evaluation.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing matters.
• Support contract and inventory documentation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
