We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support the accounting operations for multiple petrol stations under the company. This role involves handling daily sales collection, reconciliation, and ensuring accurate accounting records and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily sales collection and reconciliation for multiple petrol stations.
- Verify cash, card, e-wallet, and fuel sales transactions reported by outlets.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor collection records.
- Process invoices, payments, petty cash, and expense claims.
- Ensure accounting entries and supporting documents are properly maintained.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of management reports.
- Liaise with station managers regarding discrepancies or missing documents.
- Support audit, tax, and statutory documentation when required.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and internal controls.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in retail, petrol station, or multi-outlet accounting will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
