JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage daily ERP system operations to ensure smooth business processes
• Lead ERP support activities and provide guidance to ERP executives and users
• Analyze business requirements and recommend ERP system improvements and enhancements
• Coordinate with internal departments to optimize workflow and operational efficiency through ERP solutions
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution
• Work closely with vendors, developers, and IT teams for system maintenance, upgrades, and implementations
• Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with company procedures
• Prepare management reports, operational analysis, and ERP-related documentation
• Assist in ERP project implementation, migration, testing, and user training
• Develop and improve ERP SOPs, processes, and best practices
• Support management in digital transformation and process automation initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in information technology / computer science/ business administration/ ERP Systems Or related fields
• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in ERP systems or related field
• Experience in handling ERP modules such as:
• Inventory Management
• Finance & Accounting
• Purchasing
• Warehouse Management
• Manufacturing / Production Planning
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in ERP implementation or project coordination is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and data analysis
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience leading a small team is an advantage
