• Coordinate and supervise all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and relevant parties on all M&E technical and site coordination matters.
• Review M&E design drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure constructability and practicality.
• Monitor the progress of M&E works, site activities, manpower, material usage, and installation quality to ensure works are carried out efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.
• Identify, coordinate, and resolve technical issues, drawing discrepancies, and site clashes involving M&E, structural, and architectural works.
• Attend site meetings, technical coordination meetings, and progress discussions.
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management or the immediate superior from time to time.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in M&E coordination works for high-rise projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Candidate shall be proactive, self-motivated, a good team player, with strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently, resourceful, disciplined, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Good command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
