Key Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting front-end e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth customer interaction across digital platforms. This role plays a key part in managing customer inquiries, enhancing the online shopping experience, and supporting sales growth through effective communication and coordination with internal teams.
Including but not limited to the following:
- Respond to customer inquiries across online platforms (website chat, email, marketplace messaging, social media).
- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, promotions, delivery status, and return policies.
- Assist customers with order placement, payment issues, and general shopping support.
- Monitor and manage customer feedback, complaints, and reviews to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer care teams to resolve order or delivery issues.
- Support the execution of online sales campaigns and promotions by updating front-end content and communicating promotional details to customers.
- Monitor customer experience and identify opportunities to improve website usability and service quality.
- Assist in tracking customer inquiries trends and reporting insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all customer touchpoints.
- Assist superior with ad-hoc tasks related to improving customer satisfaction, sales performance, and website engagement.
Key Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in E-Commerce, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, customer service, or digital platform support.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling customer inquiries via online channels (chat, email, social media, marketplace platforms).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
- Understanding of online shopping processes, promotions, and customer journey.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and digitally driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CMS platforms or website operations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
