Responsibilities
Job responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes and debit notes
- Ensure billing details are accurate and supported by proper documentation
- Maintain proper filing and records of invoices
- Liaise with internal teams to obtain billing information
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies
- Perform general administrative duties when required
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- With experience in admin or invoicing will be an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
