Excel Metal Industries Hiring! Full Time QC Inspector in Johor, Earn up to MYR 2,400 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Conduct dimensional checks and visual inspections.
• Ensure products comply with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Record inspection results and prepare QC reports accurately.
• Identify defects, non-conformance issues, and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.
• Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality.
• Use measuring tools such as vernier calipers, measuring tape, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of quality records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures at the workplace.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM Certificate.
• Experience in steel manufacturing, CNC cutting, pipe manufacturing, or quality inspection is an added advantage.
• Able to read technical drawings and measurements.
• Basic knowledge of QC tools and inspection methods.
• Familiar with measuring instruments and quality documentation.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
