Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related field, or a Diploma with 2 years of experience in business analyst or similar role is required for this position.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, agile practices).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Preferably knowledge on ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, PCIDSS, ISO 31000, ISO/IEC 27005, or ISMS.
• Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) or an entry-level IIBA certification..
• Additional certifications in agile or business analysis are a plus.
• Experience in fuel retail or POS industries.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and capture detailed business and functional requirements.
• Create clear and concise documentation, including process maps, use cases, and user stories.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Support initiatives to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Assist in facilitating workshops and meetings to validate requirements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders to ensure clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Assist in quality assurance and testing efforts to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support post-implementation to address issues and optimize performance.
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support in their professional development.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new team members to ensure smooth integration into the department.
• To perform any other task as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
