Responsibilities
Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Assist the Business Development team in preparing quotations, proposals and submissions for new business opportunities and contract renewals.
2. Cross‑check all costing, pricing, gross profit (GP) margins and commercial assumptions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Bid Management, Engineering, Project, O&M and other relevant teams during pre‑sales and pre‑handover stages.
4. Support pre‑sales and post‑award coordination activities up to project handover, after which the Project Liaison team will take over.
5. Maintain and manage quotation, proposal and tender documentation with proper version control and audit trail.
6. Provide administrative support including documentation, correspondence, filing and preparation of business development reports.
7. Conduct cold calling and basic lead generation activities to identify potential business opportunities.
8. Support client management activities through coordination, follow‑ups and information exchange.
9. Ensure all BD documents comply with internal quality standards through basic checks and controls.
10. Assist with other business development‑related tasks, projects and coordination work as assigned.
Requirements:
Academic Qualification:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in any field of studies.
Experiences:
1. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
2. Experience working in Business Development support role will be an advantage.
3. Has own transport and able to occasionally travel for work.
4. Able to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision.
5. Strong attention to detail.
