Job Title: Workday Integration Consultant

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Extendable)

Experience: 7–9 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to support and enhance Workday integration solutions for a leading client.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining integrations within the Workday ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow across systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday integrations, HCM modules, and end-to-end implementation cycles, along with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connector, Workday Studio)
• Support end-to-end Workday implementation cycles
• Work closely with business and technical teams to gather and translate requirements
• Manage system administration, security, reporting, and UAT support
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and system-related issues
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide functional and technical advisory

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–9 years of overall IT experience
• 4–8 years of experience as a Workday Integration SME
• Experience in at least 2 full-cycle Workday implementations
• Strong expertise in Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connector, Workday Studio)
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM modules
• Experience in System Administration, Reporting, Security, and UAT
• Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance standards
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
