Overview Summary of the Cybersecurity Senior Executive role

Responsible for supporting and managing cybersecurity operations, including threat monitoring, incident response, and compliance with security frameworks. Contributes to risk management, security governance, and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring effective implementation of security controls across the organization.

What You'll Do:

• Responsible on security frameworks, policies, and compliance (ISO 27002, NIST, CIS, SOC 2, PDPA), including audits and governance across business units.
• Manage SOC operations: monitoring, incident detection/response, log analysis, and advanced tools (SIEM, MXDR, SOAR, UEBA) (during working hour)
• Lead penetration testing, identify vulnerabilities, and track remediation actions to strengthen security posture.
• Step in as CSIRT responder, handling cybersecurity incidents and supporting forensic investigations.
• Develop and enhance MXDR/SIEM use cases aligned with MITRE.
• Monitor security systems, manage incident/change processes, and maintain documentation (runbooks, knowledge base).
• Report on security metrics, risks, KPIs, compliance posture, and threat intelligence

Who we looking for?

• Minimum 5 years of IT/IT security experience
• Familiar with security frameworks (ISO 27002, NIST, CIS, SOC 2, PDPA).
• Experience with SOC tools such as SIEM, MXDR, SOAR, and UEBA.
• Knowledge of incident response, threat monitoring, and log analysis.
• Exposure to vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
• Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat intelligence
• Basic knowledge of network security, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
