About the Role
As our Operations Manager, you will be the right hand to the CEO , ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all outlets. You’ll oversee everything from production flow to service quality, making sure every branch follows HQ directives, maintains stock levels, and delivers an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Operations: Track daily performance of all outlets against KPIs.
- Team Supervision: Supervise outlet PICs (persons-in-charge), manage staff attendance, and coach performance.
- Site Visits & Spot-Checks: Conduct weekly visits to audit SOP compliance, hygiene, and service standards.
- Stock Control: Oversee stock movement, coordinate weekly stocktakes, and flag shortages.
- Production Oversight: Understand end-to-end production processes (e.g. ayam kicap, sambal) to troubleshoot and optimize.
- HQ Directive Execution: Roll out promotions, SOP changes, and special projects as instructed by HQ.
- HR First-Line Support: Handle basic outlet-level HR issues (attendance, minor disputes) before escalating.
- Reporting: Compile and submit weekly outlet performance and incident reports to HQ.
- New Outlet Launches: Assist with site setup, staff training, and operational readiness for new openings.

Qualifications & Experience
2 years’ experience in multi-outlet operations or F&B outlets, with proven leadership.
Familiarity with SOP development, stock control systems, and basic HR processes.
Valid Driver’s License and willing to travel frequently.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
