Full Time Manufacturing Technician Jobs, in Coherent Corp. Bayan Lepas - Ricebowl

• Perform a wide variety of optical, electronic or electro-mechanical, mechanical measurement product assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.
• Determines and or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component cleaning & installation, hand soldering, and fitting on assembly units.
• Perform mechanical and optical alignment for laser tuning.
• Conduct product performance testing such as functional, leakage, laser performance, and other related testing processes.
• Conduct electrical testing/troubleshooting.
• Recommend process improvement plan.

  Education and Work Experience

• Possess at least Diploma in Engineering or its equivalents with 2 years or more relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Possess experience in troubleshooting automation machines and able to read electrical drawings/schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical orders.
• Experience working on a microscope, fiber splicing, optical and laser related products is an added advantage.
• Follow, comply and ensure good housekeeping and safety in the factory.
• Open to work beyond normal working hours when the production volume is high.
