Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor company website and system performance
• Update website content, products, and information
• Troubleshoot website and system issues
• Ensure website functionality and uptime are running smoothly
• Manage user accounts, admin access, and permissions
• Coordinate with developers, SEO team, and vendors when needed
• Perform regular website backups and system maintenance
• Monitor website inquiries, forms, and lead submissions
• Ensure website security and system updates are properly maintained
• Generate basic reports for website performance and system status

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of website management and system administration
• Familiar with WordPress, CMS, or web platforms
• Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics is an advantage
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
