Job description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance and repair works for building facilities and equipment.
• Perform routine inspection to ensure all systems are functioning properly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic electrical, plumbing, or mechanical issues.
• Respond to maintenance requests or complaints from tenants or management.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to safety procedures and company standards.
• Assist in other technical or maintenance tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC or related field.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Can stay at staff house during standby
• Willing to standby based on duty roster (standby mode) when required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
1st Saturday of the month (8:00am – 1:00pm)

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
