  • Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and after-sales support to ensure a positive experience.

  • Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics to management on a regular basis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.

Job requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the technology or retail sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
