• Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products, services, and processes.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products and services to offer accurate information and recommendations.
• Record Keeping: Document customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Customer Retention: Engage in initiatives to build customer loyalty and retention.
• Communication: Demonstrate clear, empathetic communication skills to handle customer queries and complaints.
• Problem-Solving: Quickly resolve issues and escalate complex cases to senior teams when needed.
• Reporting: Track and report customer satisfaction, complaints, and resolution outcomes.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
