Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience managing social media channels and campaigns, preferably in an agency or brand setting.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content formats.
Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms.
Experience in influencer marketing and familiarity with current trends in content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin; proficiency in BM is an added advantage.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and an eye for detail.
Familiarity with XiaoHongShu and TikTok advertising and content trends is highly desirable.
