Position Description
- The Service Crew is the heart of our guest experience at Restaurants. This role is essential for delivering exceptional, warm, and refined hospitality.
- The incumbent is responsible for providing seamless and attentive service, from taking orders and serving food to ensuring guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- You will work as part of a dynamic team to uphold the prestigious service standards and culinary legacy of Restaurants.
1. GUEST SERVICE & INTERACTION
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly, demonstrating an understanding of table etiquette.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and respond to requests efficiently and courteously.
2. OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
- Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning the dining area.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service station, sideboards and all front-of-house areas.
- Ensure tables are reset quickly and perfectly for the next guests.
3. TEAMWORK & COMPLIANCE
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, service procedures and hygiene standards.
- Assist colleagues during peak periods to maintain a high level of service across the restaurant.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
