Cafe Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Staff Management:
• Lead and train cafe staff.
• Schedule shifts and monitor performance.
• Customer Service:
• Ensure excellent service and handle complaints.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Operations:
• Oversee daily opening and closing tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Financial Duties:
• Handle cash, daily sales reports, and inventory.
• Help achieve sales targets.
• Quality Control:
• Check food and drink quality.
• Ensure safety and hygiene compliance.
• Team Coordination:
• Work with kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly.
• Report issues to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
