We are looking for a Implementation Executive to support clients in the effective use of our platform and ensure a smooth customer experience across support and implementation activities.
This role will serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, provide product guidance, replicate reported issues before escalation to QA, assist in implementation setup activities, and conduct user training sessions when required.
This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and interested in growing into a client-facing functional or consulting role.
Over time, this role offers exposure to project delivery, stakeholder management, and clients across various industries, with a clear career progression towards becoming a Functional Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries across support channels.
- Provide product guidance, product usage support, and step-by-step assistance to clients.
- Replicate and verify reported issues before escalating them to QA for further investigation.
- Document issue details clearly and accurately to support internal resolution processes.
- Support implementation activities including account setup and system configuration.
- Conduct remote or on-site user training sessions when required.
- Follow up on reported issues and provide timely updates to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and implementation delivery.
- Contribute to support documentation, user guides, and internal knowledge base materials.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in software support, customer support, application support, implementation support, or related roles.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to replicate issues and document findings clearly.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging with clients.
- Understanding of software workflows and customer support processes.
- Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and follow-through in handling client issues.
- Experience using ticketing or project management tools such as Jira is an added advantage.
- Exposure to procurement systems, ERP platforms, or SaaS products is a plus.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
