The Technical Sales Engineer is responsible for combining technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products and services. This role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting technical solutions, and ensuring that the products meet customer needs. This role should drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the company by leveraging their technical expertise to close deals and provide exceptional customer service.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support to customers.
• Understand and analyse customer requirements to recommend suitable products and service solutions.
• Present and promote products under the Valser Group to prospective clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers ensuring two-way feedback to develop a winning strategy
• Develop and propose technical solutions that meet customer needs and specifications.
• Work closely with Proposal team during preparation of proposals and develop strategy and give feedback based on market intelligence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing technical support and addressing any concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager and/or Management.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Affairs team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
