Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Sales Management
- Develop and implement B2B marketing and sales strategies to achieve business growth and profitability.
- Identify and build relationships with key industrial buyers, refiners, traders, and strategic partners.
- Monitor market trends, demand-supply data, and pricing to recommend optimal selling strategies.
- Collaborate with mill operations and logistics teams to plan product availability and timely delivery.
Business Development & Client Relations
- Drive new business opportunities and manage existing client portfolios.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with customers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct regular market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis.
- Provide insights on market dynamics, pricing trends, and buyer behaviour.
- Prepare sales forecasts, marketing reports, and performance analysis for management review.
Marketing Communications & Branding
- Develop marketing materials, presentations, and product profiles for B2B engagement.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with the company’s brand image and business goals.
Administration & Compliance
- Oversee all sales and marketing documentation required for audits and compliance.
- Work closely with finance and operations on invoicing, documentation, and delivery schedules.
- Manage departmental budget and ensure cost-effective marketing operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing or industrial sales, preferably in palm oil or agri-commodities.
- Strong understanding of palm oil supply chain, pricing mechanisms, and market trends.
- Proven ability in business development, negotiation, and client management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is an added advantage.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
