Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
• Conduct thorough candidate screening and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify, shortlist, and select suitable candidates aligned with business needs and team requirements
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support ongoing and future hiring demands
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to enhance sourcing strategies and improve hiring effectiveness
• Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations
• Provide candidates with a positive and professional recruitment experience throughout the hiring process
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR teams, to understand workforce requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing positions, including Operators, Technicians, and IDL roles
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Results-driven individual with a strong focus on delivering quality hires

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
