A Pizza Chef is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality pizzas while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen efficiency. They ensure every pizza is prepared according to the restaurant’s standards and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings
• Cook pizzas using pizza oven / wood-fired oven
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards
• Handle customer special requests and custom orders
• Monitor food stock and kitchen inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist in creating new pizza recipes or menu ideas
• Work closely with kitchen team during busy hours
• Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained

Requirements / Skills

• Experience as a Pizza Chef or kitchen cook
• Knowledge of pizza dough preparation and baking techniques
• Familiar with kitchen equipment and pizza ovens
• Good time management and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to cleanliness and food quality
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts

Pay: RM13.69 - RM3,500.00 per month
