KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide professional and timely customer support via email, WhatsApp, and live chat
• Handle inbound travel inquiries and convert leads into bookings
• Manage end-to-end booking processes, including itinerary adjustments and payments
• Deliver personalized, high-touch customer experience aligned with a premium brand
• Collaborate with CRM and operations teams to ensure accurate customer records
• Utilize CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) to manage customer interactions
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve services
• Ensure accuracy in documentation and internal reporting

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 – 8 years of experience in customer support / customer service roles
• Preferably from travel, hospitality, or luxury service background
• Fluent in English & Cantonese (MANDATORY)

(Mandarin is an added advantage)

• Willing to work shift hours, including nights and weekends
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Service-oriented with good communication skills
• Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)

WORK SCHEDULE

• Sunday: 9:00AM – 6:00PM
• Monday – Thursday: 2:00PM – 10:00PM
• Friday & Saturday: Off Day
