Job Description
- Assist Project Manager in daily project administration tasks
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and correspondence
- Handle purchasing activities including sourcing, quotation comparison, and purchase orders
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments
- Assist in tender preparation, submission, and documentation
- Monitor project progress, delivery schedules, and payment status
- Maintain proper filing and record management for project documents
- Arrange meetings, site documentation, and project-related schedules
- Ensure all administrative processes comply with company procedures
Job Requirements
IMMEDIATE VACANCY
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Procurement, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in administration, purchasing, or tender management
- Experience in handling project documentation and procurement processes is an advantage
- Familiar with tender submission procedures and quotation preparation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Fresh graduate in civil or construction field are encouraged to apply

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,169.56 per month
