• Audit & Filing: Maintain strict audit trails by sequentially filing all invoices and organizing daily End-of-Day reports.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit critical reports (Petty Cash, Incentives, Overtime, Subcontractor payments) to Head Office before strict deadlines.
• Operational Support: Assist Service Advisors by invoicing jobs during morning rush hours and relieve the Cashier when needed.
• Procurement: Handle Purchase Orders (PR/PO/GRN) specifically for subcontractor jobs.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized filing system that reflects the workshop's professional image.

Who We Need:
We are hiring a detail-oriented Service Admin! Ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of admin experience or fresh graduates. You must be organized, deadline-driven, and possess high integrity. Automotive knowledge is a plus. Join us and support a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment!
