Job Scope:

• Coordinate daily workshop operations to ensure smooth workflow of vehicle service and repair activities
• Monitor and vehicle repair progress from check-in until delivery to customer
• Prepare, update, and maintain job cards, service records, and workshop documentation accurately
• Liaise with technicians, Service Advisors, and Parts Department to ensure timely job completion
• Follow up on vehicle status and provide updates to Service Advisors or customers when required
• Ensure all repair and service jobs are completed within the agreed timeline and according to company SOP
• Assist in managing workshop scheduling and job allocation
• Monitor spare parts availability and coordinate with Parts Department for ordering and supply
• Ensure workshop cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety standards
• Support Service Advisors and Workshop Manager in administrative tasks, reporting, and daily operations

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM /SKM / Diploma in Automotive / Business Administration or related field
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in automotive workshop or aftersales environment (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
• Basic knowledge of vehicle service and repair processes
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced workshop environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / system data entry)
• Responsible, organised, and able to follow instructions
• Team player with a positive working attitude
• Willing to learn and take initiative

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
