This is an exciting opportunity to work on advanced semiconductor testing, focusing on ATE development, debugging, and yield improvement in a global MNC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, maintain and optimize wafer and final test programs for production
• Perform advanced debugging and root cause analysis for test and product issues
• Analyze test data and device behaviour to improve yield and test efficiency
• Drive test time reduction and cost optimization initiatives
• Support customer return investigations and quality-related issues (CQC)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and improvements

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Master’s in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field
• 5 – 10 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering
• Strong hands-on experience in ATE (Automated Test Equipment) and debugging (MANDATORY)
• Proven experience in test program development and test software programming
• Knowledge in analog testing is required
• Experience with Advantest SmarTest 7 or Teradyne J750 is an added advantage
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work independently and drive technical solutions
