Job Responsibilities

• Live Stream Full-process Control: Manage live stream backend operations, cooperate with the host to follow live rhythm, and ensure smooth live broadcast process.
• Real-time Data Monitoring & Adjustment: Monitor key live data during streaming, feedback to host and operation team timely, and adjust live rhythm, sales pitch and promotion strategies dynamically.
• Live Room Atmosphere & Order Maintenance: Monitor live comments in real time, guide user interaction, pin high-quality comments, remove malicious comments and advertisements, and maintain a positive live atmosphere; assist the host in executing live activities.
• Pre-live Preparation & Post-live Review: Complete equipment debugging, network testing, product link setup, script checking and benefit configuration before live streaming; organize data reports after live broadcast, summarize problems, put forward optimization suggestions and archive live materials.
• Cross-team Collaboration: Cooperate with short video director to screen and provide live clip materials; assist the host in arranging product samples and props; coordinate with the operation team on inventory, after-sales and platform activities.

Job Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Multilingual skills for barrier-free live communication; familiar with Malaysian internet slang and trending expressions.
• Experience & Skills: Proven experience as live stream moderator, familiar with live backend operation and relevant tools; proficient in Excel for data statistics and basic data analysis.
• Personal Traits: Quick response, careful and patient, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; calm in handling unexpected situations.
• Industry Awareness: Basic understanding of beauty and personal care industry, especially body care products; familiar with Malaysia live e-commerce ecosystem, platform rules and local user preferences.
• Teamwork: Good communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate efficiently with host, short video director and operation team; strong execution and good work discipline.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
