We are seeking a motivated and disciplined IT Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our IT Department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and network issues.
• Perform maintenance and upkeep of computer hardware, peripherals, and IT equipment.
• Assist in setting up and configuring workstations, printers and other IT devices
• Support users with password resets, software installations, and system updates.
• Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and service requests.
• Follow IT policies and procedure to ensure security and efficiency.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of IT Dept.

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Hardworking, disciplined, and responsible with a proactive attitude
• Good communication skills and ability to assist non-technical users
• Fresh graduates with IT-related certifications/diplomas are encouraged to apply
• Driving license with own car

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
