Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure salary payment accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor employee attendance records, overtime, lateness, and absenteeism.
• Maintain and update employee leave records, including annual leave, medical leave, and unpaid leave.
• Update and maintain employee personal information and HR database records.
• Prepare and manage HR documents, such as Employment letters, Confirmation Letter, Promotion Letters, Warning letters, Counselling Letters
• Resignation acceptance letters and related HR documentation
• Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Ensure employee records and HR documents are filed accurately and confidentially.
• Support compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
• Handle ad-hoc HR administrative tasks assigned by management.
• Assist in employee communication and respond to HR-related enquiries.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years working experience in Human Resources or HR Administration.
• Experience in payroll processing and attendance management is preferred.
• Familiar with labour law, employment practices, and HR documentation processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Experience with HR systems or payroll software will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
