Job Descriptions:-

 Lead & Manage: Supervise, train, and motivate our customer service team, create schedules, and conduct performance reviews.

 Ensure Excellence: Set and maintain high service standards, handle escalated customer issues, and foster a customer-first culture.

 Frontline Support: Oversee the information counter, ensuring it's always professional, and step in to assist during busy periods or events.

 Support Marketing: Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, ensuring your team can clearly communicate promotions to visitors.

 Gather Feedback: Implement systems to collect visitor feedback and use these insights to

improve our services.

 Resolve Issues: Manage lost and found procedures and personally handle sensitive complaints for quick resolution.

 Prepare reports on service performance, visitor feedback, and trends to help improve operations.

 Event Coordination: Assist with mall events, footfall counting, and crowd management,

especially during peak times.

 Promote Inclusion: Ensure services are accessible to all visitors, including the elderly, non-tech-savvy, and those with disabilities.

Requirements

 Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, Mass Communication, or a related field.

 3-5 years of customer service experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

 Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.

 Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus!).

 Proactive, detail-oriented, and a problem-solver.

 Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
