Key Responsibilities:

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to manage design projects from concept to completion. This role involves client engagement, design development, and coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Consultation

• Meet clients to understand project requirements, preferences, and budgets
• Provide professional advice on design concepts, space planning, and materials
• Present design ideas, mood boards, and proposals

Design Development

• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications
• Develop layouts, concepts, and design solutions
• Create presentation materials for client approval

Material & Vendor Coordination

• Source materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories
• Work closely with suppliers and contractors
• Ensure selections align with project requirements and budget

Project Coordination & Execution

• Conduct site visits and perform measurements
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budget control

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Atleast more than 1 year of experience in interior design (residential and/or commercial projects preferred)
• Able to manage projects independently
• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Proficient in:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp / 3ds Max
• Adobe Photoshop or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of:
• Space planning
• Materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting
• Able to produce technical drawings and presentation materials
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin
• Creative with strong design sense
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Organised and able to manage timelines
• Detail-oriented and proactive
