Working Days: 6 days per week
Job description:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance on hotel facilities, furniture, doors, windows, and fixtures.
- Conduct minor electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and air-conditioning maintenance.
- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks and ensure all systems are in top working condition.
- Maintain and service lighting fixtures, UPS systems, motors, and control systems.
- Support upkeep of HVAC and refrigeration units, ensuring guest comfort at all times.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage in daily operations.
- Uphold safety standards and follow hotel Fire, Health, and Hygiene policies.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure a professional appearance at all times.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Engineering Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong technical knowledge with hands-on repair and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
