• Develop and execute qualification test plans to validate new product designs against intended customer use cases.
• Support the design and implementation of Accelerated Life Testing (ALT) and stress testing for high-value components.
• Perform statistical analysis of test and reliability data (e.g., DOE, Cpk, regression) and prepare clear, structured reports.
• Evaluate component quality and work closely with suppliers to drive quality improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting in collaboration with Engineering teams (e.g., 5-Why, 8D methodologies).
• Ensure all defects identified during qualification testing are properly logged, tracked, and followed up to closure.
• Maintain 5S standards and housekeeping within the ALT laboratory environment.
• Perform routine safety checks, calibration support, and maintenance of laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability, test effectiveness, and process efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in design quality, reliability engineering, or test engineering within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.
• Good understanding of qualification test planning, test instrumentation, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Basic to working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9000) is preferred.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methods (e.g., DOE, Cpk, t-test, reliability analysis).
• Proficiency in Minitab and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
