Responsibilities

Junior Admin cum Account Executive

A. Job Responsibilities

* Handle daily administrative operations and provide general office support.

* Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers accurately for audit documentation purposes.

* Maintain systematic filing and documentation records for both administrative and accounting purposes.

* Perform accurate data entry and ensure company records are updated regularly.

* Assist in monitoring account receivables (AR) and account payables (AP).

* Support monthly closing activities and assist in preparing basic accounting and operational reports.

* Assist in preparing financial documents, expense claims, cash flow records, and monthly payments.

* Liaise with banks and company secretary regarding documentation and compliance matters.

* Handle incoming phone calls, emails, courier arrangements, and appointment scheduling professionally.

* Coordinate internal office administration including stationery, office supplies, filing, and general office maintenance.

* Ensure proper safekeeping of confidential documents and company information.

* Assist management in preparing reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and operational documentation when required.

* Support management and other departments with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks.

* Assist in document preparation for internal and external audits when necessary.

* Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and within deadlines according to company procedures.

* Contribute positively to a professional, organized, and productive working environment.

B. Requirements

* Minimum SPM, STPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Office Management, or related fields.

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

* Candidates with administrative, accounting, coordination, procurement, logistics, or documentation experience will have an added advantage.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including:

* Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, tables, report preparation, formatting, and data organization)

* Microsoft Word

* Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Basic understanding of accounting procedures, invoicing, payment processing, and financial documentation.
  • Good organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and also collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
  • Responsible, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality in handling company information.
  • Possess positive working attitude, discipline, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Basic knowledge in preparing reports, managing records, and coordinating office operations will be an added advantage.

C. Salary Range

RM 2,500 – RM 2,800

(Based on qualification, working experience, and interview assessment)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
