Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities):

• 8-10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 4+ years in QA Lead role on large-scale programs.
• Prior experience working with oil & gas clients is highly desirable.
• Strong experience in test management for large enterprise systems.
• Deep understanding of oil & gas business processes (Refining, Supply Chain, Asset Management, HSE, Trading preferred).
• Experience in development of test automation frameworks and performance testing.
• Proven ability to lead large, distributed test teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-risk operational environments.

Mandatory Skill:

• Strong experience in test management for large enterprise systems.
