About the Role

Kotra Pharma is seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Logistics & Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage all warehousing, distribution, inventory, and logistics operations to ensure efficient supply chain performance and compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.

This role is responsible for leading warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, logistics coordination, customs liaison, and continuous operational improvement while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and Good Storage Practice (GSP) requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Report directly to the Chief Finance Officer / Plant General Manager on all logistics and warehousing matters.

* Manage overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, distribution, and shipment activities.

* Ensure efficient supply chain and physical distribution processes to support business operations.

* Oversee warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory accuracy, stock movement, and cycle count activities.

* Ensure compliance with established SOPs, GMP, GDP, GSP, safety regulations, and internal control requirements.

* Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, customs officers, and external logistics providers.

* Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure operational efficiency and product integrity.

* Develop and implement KPIs to measure warehouse and logistics performance.

* Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity, discipline, and operational excellence.

* Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse efficiency and cost control.

* Ensure proper documentation and reporting related to inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

* Minimum 5 years of working experience in warehouse and logistics operations, including managerial or supervisory experience.

* Experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG, manufacturing, or bonded warehouse environment is an added advantage.

* Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, distribution planning, and supply chain processes.

* Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory software.

* Good understanding of GMP, GDP, GSP, and warehouse safety regulations.

* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
