Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, tender documentation, and project budgets.
• Review drawings and specifications to determine material, labour, and cost requirements accurately.
• Monitor project costs and budgets, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Handle progress claims, certifications, variation orders, and payment valuations in accordance with contract requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accuracy, coordination, and compliance.
• Support procurement activities including quotation comparison, cost evaluation, and value assessment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date cost records and project documentation throughout the project cycle.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate all project cost-related matters with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant quantity surveying or construction cost management experience.
• Good understanding of tendering, contract administration, cost control and measurement techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and cost management tools/software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
