Dandy Modern Food is a halal certified Mediterranean inspired chain restaurant with locations across Penang and Selangor. Beyond dining, eventsatdandy is our dedicated events brand hosting functions for up to 500 guests.

We're growing and we're looking for a Marketing Executive who loves food, people, and building community around a brand they believe in.You'll own Dandy's full marketing presence across social media, content, design, events, and campaigns both online and offline.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, manage, and grow dandy across social media
• Develop and execute content calendars brand campaigns for Dandy
• Design social media graphics, event flyers, proposal decks, and marketing collateral using Canva and Adobe Illustrator
• Own eventsatdandy end-to-end, social presence, event enquiries, proposals, and booking coordination
• Support offline marketing activities, mall activations, in outlet promotions, and print production
• Monitor and analyse social media performance and present findings to the team
• Research and propose new marketing ideas, content formats, and engagement opportunities

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or equivalent
• 2–4 years experience in marketing, social media, or a related creative role
• Proficient in Canva and Adobe Illustrator; strong eye for design and brand consistency
• Platform native understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and ideally Xiaohongshu
• Strong written communication in English; Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an advantage
• Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage campaigns and event admin simultaneously
• Self motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
• F&B, events, or lifestyle marketing experience is strongly preferred
