Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily account and administration duties.
  • Maintain attendance, employee records and proper document filing.
  • Support general office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Support and facilitate day-to-day company activities.
  • Assist in handling invoicing and payment processing.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
  • Assist in sales processes, including data entry, filing and general administrative tasks.
  • Handle correspondence sales, filing, and document control.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience is preferred.
  • Any technical experience are welcomed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Able to work independently
  • Immediate availability preferred.
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
