About the role

As an Admin & Office Operation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations and ensuring smooth office management within the organization. You will lead the administrative team, coordinate office support functions, and maintain efficient administrative processes to support overall business operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Administrative Operations Management: Oversee daily administrative activities to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
  • Office Facilities & Support Coordination: Manage office facilities, supplies, maintenance, and general support services to ensure a productive working environment.
  • Team Supervision & Leadership: Supervise, guide, and support the administrative team to ensure tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
  • Documentation & Record Management: Maintain proper administrative records, reports, and documentation in an organized and accurate manner.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with internal departments to support operational and administrative requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in administration, office management, or related field.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in handling daily administrative operations.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage due to frequent interaction with China-based stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
